Dale E. Anstine
Born and raised in York, PA, Dale Anstine graduated from Central York High School in 1961, Brigham Young University in 1965 and Stetson University College of Law in 1970. After law school, Dale practiced in Orlando, Florida from 1970 to 1975, at which time he decided to return to York so that his children could grow up around their extended family.
Upon returning York, Dale realized that the York area did not have an attorney who specialized in personal injury litigation. He was admitted to the PA Bar and started the firm in 1976, devoted to personal injury law, a focus that continues today. As a result of the specialization, Dale has set the bar high for other area personal injury attorneys. He has tried many cases over the years, providing a tremendous amount of experience in dealing with just about every type of injury situation.
As a testament to Dale’s devotion, he was chosen for the 2015 Select Lawyers™, a directory of highly regarded lawyers in the Susquehanna Valley recognized by their peers for their outstanding achievements.
Dale is a member of the FL and PA Bar Associations, American Trial Lawyers Association, PA Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and the York County Bar Association.
Dale currently lives in Manchester Township with his wife, Roxie. Married for over 40 years, Roxie and Dale, have five children, all grown and living in the York area. Dale has always been active with the Boy Scouts, and in 1976, he started a law explorer post in York for young people who had some interest in becoming attorneys or understanding law.
Because the field of personal injury law is constantly changing due to updates in insurance laws and litigation, Dale attends numerous seminars each year to continue to develop a deeper understanding and knowledge of the laws that impact the clients.
“I view myself as a warrior on behalf of my clients because I fight for them, and go to battle against people and companies who have caused injuries or death, and whom my clients could not effectively fight or defend themselves against. I take that role very seriously and have always vigorously fought on behalf of my clients.”
