Born and raised in York, PA, Dale Anstine graduated from Central York High School in 1961, Brigham Young University in 1965 and Stetson University College of Law in 1970. After law school, Dale practiced in Orlando, Florida from 1970 to 1975, at which time he decided to return to York so that his children could grow up around their extended family.
Upon returning to York, Dale realized that the York area did not have an attorney who specialized in personal injury litigation. He was admitted to the PA Bar and started the firm in 1976, devoted to personal injury law, a focus that continues today. As a result of the specialization, Dale has set the bar high for other area personal injury attorneys. He has tried many cases over the years, providing a tremendous amount of experience in dealing with just about every type of injury situation.
Dale, who is currently retired from practicing law, lives in Manchester Township with his wife, Roxie. Married for over 40 years, Roxie and Dale, have five children, all grown and living in the York area. Dale has always been active with the Boy Scouts, and in 1976, he started a law explorer post in York for young people who had some interest in becoming attorneys or understanding law.
